Heal from narcissistic abuse
and experience healthy relationships
in your life.
Are you experiencing feelings of not being “good enough?”
Do you struggle with people pleasing and chronic self-doubt?
Do you struggle with feelings of guilt and shame?
Are you starting to wonder if you’re in an antagonistic relationship in which your needs/YOU don’t matter?
EMOTIONAL ABUSE AND NEGLECT
Narcissistic abuse occurs as the result of a chronic pattern in a relationship (with a parent, a family system, a partner, a friend, a boss, or even within an institution) consisting of conflict, rigidity, antagonism, entitlement/egocentric, and dysregulation. When in a relationship where narcissistic abuse is happening, the person experiencing this kind of emotional abuse typically experiences dismissiveness (like your thoughts, feelings, experience, and boundaries don’t matter at all), invalidation (you don’t feel seen, heard, cared about, or understood), minimization (“You’re too sensitive…it’s not that big of a deal!”), manipulation (gaslighting), entitlement, and is usually on the receiving end of the narcissist’s rage/emotional reactivity.
You don’t have to go through this alone.
I specifically help people work through challenges connected to their family of origin as well as navigating narcissistic abuse dynamics in other relationships. I will help you process what you’re going through, explore unhelpful patterns, help you make sense of antagonistic dynamics, and help you develop self-compassion as well as develop a stronger sense of self.

I offer individual therapy to adults wanting to heal from narcissistic abuse.
Individual Therapy
I provide a warm and welcoming space in which to explore the challenges you are having. Feeling a sense of safety and trust in therapy allows room for vulnerability, something that is essential for the healing process. Please contact me to see if we’ll be a good fit to work together.
